We’re an independent, female-led creative partnership blending poetry and art. Every piece we make is an illustrated poem, combining original verse with hand-crafted illustrations. Our aim is to capture moments, emotions, and ideas that feel worth keeping.

Who are the independent creators behind Creative Bubbles?

We’re Natasha and Rebecca. Natasha writes the poetry, Rebecca creates the illustrations. We’ve been friends and also colleagues elsewhere for many years and now work together from our respective creative hubs in Paris, France and Manchester, England.

How do you blend poetry and art in your creations?

Sometimes the words come first and guide the art. Other times, the illustration leads and shapes the poem. We let each piece develop naturally, so it feels complete and authentic.

What inspires your poems and illustrations?

Accepted Answer

We’re inspired by the small things that often go unnoticed. It could be a glance, a personal experience, a line in a conversation, the light on a street in Paris or the sound of rain in Manchester.

Is there a schedule for releasing new works?

Accepted Answer

We release new creations when they feel ready, not according to a fixed schedule. This keeps our process creative and stress-free.

Are there plans to sell prints or merchandise?

Currently, we are focused on building our body of work and sharing it freely.  We are considering a small collection of tote bags featuring our illustrated poems but this is very much the early stages. Watch this space!
